These gold filled or sterling silver charms measure 16mm. Engraving is done skillfully in house. The pieces come with a delicate 18" 18K gold filled or sterling silver chain.

Each laurelbox is shipped in our signature packaging, which includes crinkle paper and a gift message inside our high quality beautiful shipping box (no receipts or billing information is ever included!). Gifts purchased individually are shipped in one shipping box per order.

Please note that we do not offer the option to put a laurelbox inside a separate shipping box, so your gift will be packaged in the laurelbox shipping box that has gone through your postal service. But rest assured... that shipping box is beautiful and part of what makes laurelbox special!

Most laurelboxes ship after a processing period of:

1–3 business days for standard orders
7–10 business days for international orders

Our offices are closed—and do not ship—on Federal Holidays.

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed. Once your package leaves our office, carriers deliver on the approximate timelines below:

Even if a package arrives later than expected, we know your recipient will still feel deeply remembered by your gesture. If your package is lost in transit, our shipping insurance fully covers a replacement laurelbox.

Each and every laurelbox includes a complimentary card. During checkout, you can add a gift message. Please note that we only offer one card per order. Additional cards are available for $3 per card. I bought this for a family member who lost her baby and it’s a beautiful necklace and token of remembrance. I had the baby’s name engraved on the back but she wore the necklace with the name on the front and it was so sweet. It’s a beautiful gesture!

Such a sweet gift

I ordered this necklace to be sent to a friend who recently has a miscarriage. I wasn’t able to see it in person but it meant the world to her. She actually posted a photo of it on Facebook as a kind of “announcement” since she was struggling to figure out how to tell people about the miscarriage. I bought this product for myself to help me remember the unborn baby my husband and I lost in July. I absolutely LOVE the necklace: it’s the perfect length, it’s got a beautiful design, and the gold is so pretty. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it! After a couple weeks and a one time wear in the shower (I forgot to remove it), the gold started coming off the back. I emailed a picture of the pendant and asked if this was normal/what to do. They responded back within the hour and sent me a brand new necklace free of charge within a week. What fantastic customer service! They really care about their products and their customers.
