Patina and weathering are part of the natural process with these wind chimes.

Every laurelbox is shipped in our signature packaging, which includes crinkle paper, tissue paper, and a gift message inside our high quality beautiful shipping box. We never include receipts or billing information!

Most laurelboxes ship in our signature packaging within 1 to 3 business days via USPS.  Orders that include custom engraving ship within 3 to 5 business days. International orders ship within 7 to 10 business days.

Our offices are closed and do not ship on Federal Holidays. Once shipped, our carriers deliver based on the approximate schedule listed below.

This product is beautifully made and packaged. Why struggle with words when this chime does it all! Coworkers gifted me a chime when I lost our family dog and I still have it to this day and the sound brings back memories. I paid for priority shipping and it was worth it! This is a wonderful company as well and encourage you to read their about us. Not only are you supporting your loved ones but a well built company with values!
