Pet Memorial Wind Chime

My first experience with company was receiving a windchime sent by a friend in honor of my dog Ozzie's passing. I thought it was such a touching gesture and the gift so appropriate.
Shortly after, my pet-sitting boss experienced the loss of her favorite cat. And I immediately thought of laurelbox. I picked out the same item for her from all of us on staff. It was a perfect choice. The gals all agreed. However I mad a boo boo in the order and it required a change to the engraving before the item shipped. Staff at the company rushed to make the change for me. I so appreciated that effort so that the gift was then flawless. Their customer service, like their products, is excellent! This product is beautifully made and packaged. Why struggle with words when this chime does it all! Coworkers gifted me a chime when I lost our family dog and I still have it to this day and the sound brings back memories. I paid for priority shipping and it was worth it!
